Finding Groups
Groups are a brilliant way to interact with small sections of the community, meet other people and gain exposure from your work. The emote community already has a large number of groups, covering a wide variety of areas within the community. Some groups are more active than others. Its just about finding one that's right for you.
The groups out there can be broken down into a number of different sections

Creating Groups
Groups are a great way to meet new people within the community and running a group is a nice contribution to a community. However, before jumping into the founder seat, take a look at these points:
The groups that thrive best are ones which are unique within a community. Try and come up for an original group idea, or something original within your group. Whether it be featuring a certain style of emotes, featuring an 'artist of the week' or posting a monthly article of members work, try to find something different your group can supply.
Groups take up alot of time and can take alot of planning. Be sure you have enough time to commit to running a group. Even the most basic take time to maintain or set up
Try and get a group of people to help run the group. Being the only admin can be stressful
If you're not sure about running a group, try helping out at one first and branching off later. Groups could often do with and extra set of hands, and experience is always useful. you may even decide not to leave
Make sure your group is set up before you launch it. Have information on the page about if you accept submissions and if so, what kind. Ensure the join options are enabled and and write a journal saying what the group offers
Advertise your group. Let other groups know you exist and politely ask members of the community if they will help you promote it
